Office Assistant
TDG is looking for a Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, meticulous, and passionate about communicating with people. The ideal Office Assistant would be a self-motivated, efficient worker with educational or work experience in project management, management or a similar realm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring multiple (up to 20+) projects at one time
- Manage communication and relationships with clients and act as a main point of contact when needed
- Help monitor project scopes, budget and timelines - keep on task and on schedule
- Effectively communicate client needs to team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Work with team to provide solutions to client requests

- Experienced and excellent communicator; both written and verbal

Front-End Developer
TDG is looking for a Front-End Developer to join our team! Our company is made up of fun but hard-working self-starters passionate about creating great work through skill and collaboration. We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with a passion for clean design, semantic coding, and web standards and accessibility to join our Charleston based team. The ideal candidate has excellent design skills, a vast understanding of semantic HTML (preferably HTML5), CSS inheritance and experience turning intricate designs into elegant, cross-browser code.
Position Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of hands-on, agency (preferred) or freelance development experience
- Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
- Experience working with HTML5
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/jQuery
- Strong understanding of web standards & browser/platform compatibility
- Awareness of current trends in digital design and development
Ideal Attributes (Pluses):
- Graphic Design knowledge base with solid comfort creating designs in Photoshop
- Experience developing for open source CMS's (WordPress, Drupal, etc), modifying and creating custom themes and plugins
- Experience with common APIs (Facebook, MailChimp/Constant Contact, etc.)
- Knowledge of MySQL and/or the WordPress Platform a plus
- Experience with E-Commerce Platforms of various types
- Familiarity or Experience working with PayPal integration
Responsibilities:
- Create top quality designs in Photoshop, HTML/CSS
- Handle new website design and re-design projects on a set schedule and interact proficiently with clients.
- Implement updates and changes to existing client websites as assigned.
- Integrate Programming aspects to enhance and expand on the functionality of individual websites.
- Have a highly creative approach to Web Design and familiarity with trends in design and technology

We're looking for someone who's a master of WordPress themes, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3 to help us take over the world. We are looking for an experienced wordpress driven web developer with a passion for web standards, accessibility and the WordPress platform to join our Charleston based team. Graphic Design Intern
TDG is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our team. We are ooking for a student or new graduate with an education in design and layout for web and print. The type of work will consist of websites, branding and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of web-ready graphics for various projects
- Participation & Collaboration in the design process
- Contribute to company blog and website growth
- Join in on client meetings upon request to experience (and occasionally partake in) presentations and consultations
- Participate in team meetings, both production & design
Ideal Attributes:
- Strong working knowledge and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite applications
- A plethora of experience working with Adobe Photoshop in a Graphic Design context
- Willingness to grow knowledge base and take constructive criticism as well as design guidance
- Knowledge of the web development practices is a big plus: CSS and HTML familiarity is ideal
- Team-oriented personality with a desire to contribute to daily business functions

- Intermediate level development experience
