Our Approach Online

Just about every business is moving or has already moved online. This increased technological dependence is good for companies of all shapes and sizes; from small businesses to multinationals, having a website and an online presence is all but required to acquire new clients and stay in the game.

The key to the success of our projects is primarily our thorough, well-planned approach towards web brand development and digital marketing. Prior to the onset of a project, we do an in-depth needs analysis for our clients. This entails an in-person meeting to establish big picture goals and needs, as well as a detailed proposal documenting the fundamentals of our planned approach to the project. Whether you have a standard e-commerce development in mind or need a full-fledged marketing strategy for your start-up, we can work with you to achieve your business goals.

After approval of the project proposal, a detailed ‘Statement of Work,’ or SOW, is drafted. The SOW serves not only as a service contract, but also as a thorough project plan, so that all parties know exactly what they are getting in their web design project upfront – no grey area.

Subsequent to SOW Approval, a sitemap is drafted for the project. A sitemap essentially serves as a highly advanced, color-coordinated flowchart for mapping out the pages of a project. Be sure to check out our Sample Sitemap for more details.

The final stage of our Planning Phase is the development of a wireframe, which visually displays the bare bones layout and structure for each phase in a web design project. The wireframe serves as a tool during development to map out each page and ensure proper functioning and usability. View our Sample Wireframe for more details.

Each stage of our project planning is dependent on approval from the client. This can be a time-intensive process, but we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final web design product or marketing services. Between our in-depth project planning and our ongoing communication with our clients, we are able to provide a client-centered, goal-oriented approach to our projects; and subsequently a higher quality result.
