Creative Marketing Specialist
The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of creative marketing strategies with a focus on digital and social video and graphic content. Position Requirements
- Marketing, video, and/or design experience – agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Social Media content development experience
- Social Media Marketing and Management skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or other design/video/photo platforms
- Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a business acumen
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute creative marketing initiatives that drive traffic, and grow reach, engagement, and leads to deliver sales and customer retention.
- Spearhead the production of high-quality content independently and/or with the help of the marketing team, clients, and agency partners.
- Oversee all marketing creative projects for clients within a diverse assortment of verticals and business categories; from ads, landing pages, content, video, etc., and ensure alignment cross platform and cross channel for each client
- Maintain and manage schedules, approvals, and planning to ensure creative projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget
- Utilize and reference algorithms/engagements/performance trends as well as analytics for reporting and creative recommendations
- Work directly with the creative and content team to create graphics that are on-brand and impactful
- Report plans, successes and failures, and recommendations directly to clients regularly
- Direct and build high-quality videos for use in commercials, social media, and other advertising avenues
- Facilitate content marketing projects, case studies, email marketing, and text message marketing as applicable
